These Terms of Use govern participation in all courses, workshops, certifications, online materials, and services provided by Bleu Rose Training Academy. By enrolling in a program, attending training, accessing course materials, or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services. Bleu Rose Training Academy may update these Terms at any time, and continued participation or use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

All training materials, manuals, videos, demonstrations, protocols, branding, curriculum content, and methods are the exclusive intellectual property of Bleu Rose Training Academy. Materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, recorded, shared, uploaded, distributed, or resold without written permission. Recording of classes or demonstrations is not permitted unless explicitly authorized. Violation of this policy may result in dismissal without refund and possible legal action.

Students agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain professional and respectful behavior during all training sessions. Because our programs may include practical and hands-on procedures, students must follow all safety instructions, sanitation standards, model consent requirements, and instructor supervision rules. Failure to follow safety protocols or classroom standards may result in immediate removal from training without refund. Students are responsible for arranging suitable practice models where required and ensuring models complete consent forms.

By enrolling in hands-on training, you acknowledge that practical work involves inherent risks. Participation in practical activities is voluntary and performed at your own risk. Bleu Rose Training Academy and its instructors are not responsible for injuries, reactions, complications, or outcomes resulting from student practice performed during or after training. Students agree to practice only within their level of training and within the laws and regulations of their local jurisdiction.

All fees, deposits, and tuition payments must be paid according to the stated terms at enrollment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, deposits are non-refundable. Tuition is generally non-refundable once training materials or class access has been provided. Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice and may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Failure to attend scheduled training does not guarantee a refund or automatic transfer.

Certification is awarded only after successful completion of course requirements, which may include attendance, practical evaluation, and demonstrated competency. Certification from Bleu Rose Training Academy confirms training completion only and does not guarantee employment, licensing, insurance eligibility, or business success. It is the student’s responsibility to verify local laws, scope-of-practice rules, and licensing requirements before performing services on the public.

Students are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance, permits, and legal compliance when offering services after training. Bleu Rose Training Academy is not liable for student business activities conducted after course completion. Post-training support or mentorship, if offered, is provided as guidance only and does not replace professional or medical supervision where applicable.

Our website and online platforms are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for technical outages, platform interruptions, or data loss. Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with system operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bleu Rose Training Academy’s total liability for any claim related to training or services is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in question. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bleu Rose Training Academy operates, and disputes will be handled through the appropriate legal venue in that jurisdiction.
